It is not supported any more. It is old version of the library and removed from the site. Use WCL instead. Later WCL for VB 6 will be available.

If you would like to use it with VB 6 then I can give you the link to OCX or you may use WCL Personal which inclides COM server (the samples are available on this forum).
If you woul dlike to use it with .NET/C++/VCL then it is better to use native versions.
