Support of Bluetooth Framework

Bluetooth Framework is the very old version of the Wireless Communication Library and BTF is not supported any more. Please, use WCL instead. We answer on questions about BTF usage but do not fix any bugs in BTF. Instead of fixing bugs in BTF we do recomend to update to WCL.
