there is the possibility of registering the mobile to receive exclusive content?

Mike, there is the possibility of registering the mobile to receive exclusive content? example: client register for Mobile and every time they pass in front of the store it is identified and may or may not receive promotions, awards ... this can be done?

Use TwclBluetoothDiscovery to find mobiles around PC. Then check MAC addresses and if required one is in list then end content to it.
