Microsoft Stack vs WidComm Stack
« on: January 18, 2007, 12:03:34 PM »
Hi Mike

I was not able to test your framework using Microsoft Stack. I tested your sample applications on two different machines, both with Windows Xp Home Sp2 but no available was found. I had to put the WidComm DLL in system32 and use WidComm stack, but i'm afraid it's not work properly.

In particular, i'm doing some test with an LG mobile phone. If i try to send a file using the windows->sendTo the file is sent to the device with no pairing needed. I can't do the same with your framework.
Il tried to do it with the PushObject or FileTransfer client but it doesn't work.
And it doesn't work even if i launch the pairing. The mobile ask me the pin, but the file transfer doesn't work.

Any suggestion?
I want to try using Microsoft Stack but i don't how to make it available for my applications.

I'm in your hands ;)

Good time of the day!

Can you contact with me by ICQ (190812766) or MSN (mike@btframework.com).

It seems like you use WidComm drivers with version less then 5.1.

About MS stack installation you can reda here: http://www.btframework.com/faq.hm
