VCL version doesn't work on win7,but it works well on win-vista,why?

Now,My used version(6.6.0.0) doesn't work on Windows 7. So I visit your website search new version,but ....

My upgrade user name is "eastsoft".
In May 6 of this year, I purchased VCL version (Cost $ 256.90).
But today,when I login in the website( http://private.btframework.com)to see if there are updates,I found it can no longer be updated.

Please let me know how long can I enjoy free update after purchase?
If I want to continue enjoying the upgrade service, how should I purchase the upgrade service,and how much is it?

WCL 6.6.0.0 shoudl work on Win 7. What does it say? What error message? It is always hard to say what may happen by message like "HELP! IT DOES NOT WORK! HELP HELP!" Can you write something more informative and usefull about problem?

Second. You have purchased Personal License which provides 6 months of free updates. Your free updates period has been expired 06.11.2009 (a month ago).
