Why do I get "Can not load file or assembly" error when run my WCL based .NET ap

It is very simple. There are only few reasons why it can happen:

1. You didn't redistribute wcl.dll.
2. You didn't redistribute CRT dlls and manifest file (see: http://forum.btframework.com/index.php/topic,905.0.html)
3. You didn't reference your assembly to manifest file or/and to wcl.dll.
