Title: Bluetooth error "specified transport is not avalible"

  I have a Bluetooth broadcom BCM2046 with Widcomm drivers installed, why when i try enum radios fail?
  Error is specified transport is not avalible.

Hi,

There are 2 reasons why it can be:

1. You have no wcl2wbt.dll.
2. Your WidComm driver version is very old.
