Title: bluetooth adapter on laptop

hello
My bluetooth adapter is not recognized by the library (0 Radios) on my laptop with integrated Bluetooth (disabled). The key works fine.
What is the problem?

Hello,
I think the problem is that your bluetooth adapter disabled.

However, you do not provide enough information. Our telepator has been damanged about 6 months ago and we can not see too far what driver runs on your laptop for internal BT dongle as well as we cannot see any other technical details. So it would be great if you can read this topic: http://forum.btframework.com/index.php/topic,337.0.html and provide us with additional information
