Unfortunately we have no Delphi .NET installed on our side. Just native Delphi versions.
By the way, why do you need WCL .NET for Delphi is there is native WCL for Delphi (VCL)?

Hi,

I have installed Delphi 8 .NET on one of our test PC. It looks like Delphi .NET can not reference mixed assembly as it requires some other DLLs and Delphi can not reference them with manifest file. So the best way is to use native VCL version of the WCL library.
