Dialing Numbers
« on: August 08, 2012, 12:51:39 AM »
Hello Gents

I am Kamel from Algeria, i just downloaded WCL for VCL Demo version to try it because i am interested with the Commercial Version Without SC.

I want first of all congratulate you for this perfect work.

After running several demos, every thing is working perfectly with our local Operators, by the way i try it on a Samsung E250i, and Galaxy S2 and it is ok. The problem is i could not find how to dial numbers.

For the application i want to develop, users will connect their phones to my software and send message like :

*210*0774852142*100# and then tape CALL (it is a command sent like a number dialing)

For information, this command mean :
*210                 REFILL CREDIT
*0774852142   THE NUMBER TO REFILL
*100#              THE AMOUNT OF CURRENCY TO REFILL

So i just want to know is it possible to do this with WCL and if yes how ???

Thanks a lot for your help and excuse this horrible english.  ;)

Hello,

HandsFree Profile is supported by WCL only with BlueSoleil drivers.

For your needs, I think, you may use SerialPort profile or DialUp networking profile.

Hello Mike

Thanks for quick reply, i downloaded demo version of BlueSoleil and now it work fine with the Samsung E250i.
Dialing and perform commands call like *222# ... etc. Great

Now there is only another issue.
When i try to connect WCLHandFree with the Galaxy S2 it say "Driver Error" can i do anything to provide driver or it is not supported by WCL ?

Regards.

Unfortunately I do not have Galaxy but I guess its because:

1. Device is not paired with PC
2. Device doesn't support HFP.
