Problem making a connection to a Dual mode (classic /BLE) Bluetooth device

We have  a proprietary device, that uses a Bluetooth radio with dual mode.  I am testing the connectivity.

It works on my development PC:

I afraid I did not understand your question. Do you have problems with connection? Or does it work? If there is any issue what kind of connection you are trying to establish: Classic of BLE and what kind of problem do you see?

You should unpair device on PC side. It appears that the device lost link key after disconnection (once PC is still has it uses).
