Can anyone tell me what the DeviceInRange does?
If it determines if the BT Device you wish to communicate with is in RF Range of the Radio or adapter, how does it determine this and what criteria does it use, and it are these settings changeable?

This function checks is specified remote device availbale and can be connected to.
