I have a strange problem. Lately I switch to BS stac on my WinXP machine and BTServer not working. I event try ChatServer sample and Listen() function fails and genenre "Internal driver error" exception. On Windows Vista machine everything works ok. On the same machine but with MS stack OK too.
Any solution?
regards,
Marcin.

if you use BlueSoleil 5.x then htere is no solution. For others - use the latest WCL version (6.7.1.0)
-
The problem is that this is the latest BS v6.4.289.0 and VCL v6.7.1.0.

What service did you try to create?

I don't have an access to my codes now, but it is not working on you sample BTChatServer (if I remember correct sample name) and Fails on the Listen() line.

Hi
have just tested. All works on my side. I think it may happened when bluesoleil cann't create virtual port (because bs uses virtual ports). Try to reinstall it. Or better, does not use BS. It is worst drivers I ever seen

I don't like BS too but I'm using BT stereo headphones and need to connect to a2dp profile. But I think it is related with installation. It was working few month ago with lillte older versions then I switch to MS BT stack and now need BS for a2dp. I will try reinstalling solution....
Thank you for help.
Best regards,
Marcin.

I agree, it can be installation issue. Because it happened on my side few times when I changed BT stacks too often

Hi again :)
I have made more tests simulated the situation. Possible solution (on my side) is: try to install erly BS version and then latest one. Should work.

Really strange but this fix my problem too!!!
Thanks!
