query signal strength during discovery

Hi everybody.

Is it possible to query the signal strength of a found device during discovery?

I found some samples in this forum but the described classes or functions are not avaiable in my wcl (.NET) framwork.

What we want to do is to show the user a list of found devices with MAC, name and signal strength sorted decreasing by signal strength.

Hi,

no, it is impossible. It was possible to get signal strength from connected device (in BTF). But in WCL this function was removed because it does not give any usefull information.
