Set bluetooth descoverable

hello,
if we use wclServer and in bluetooth tray icon we dosnt set "Allow bluetooth devices to find this computer", in natural we cant find device, how can set this settings programmatically?

there are 2 properties: wclBluetoothRadio.Discoverable and wclBluetoothRadio.Connectable
