On attachment I see server is running. However, make sure that original WidComm service is stopped and didn't catch incommin requests.

I stopped it and sending failed from remote device (mobile phone). When started the WIDCOMM Application catches it.

What is exactly WidComm version? WCL supports 5.1.1100 as the erly version. It was never tested with WD erly than 5.1.1100

I succeded with Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator though it the same hardware and version 6 of WIDCOMM stack. Was it tested with Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator or Bluetooth Enumerator by WIDCOMM/BROADCOM? Because it is showing my device as Microsoft.

About the SDK whats the difference between the developer-commercial with sourecode and without sourcecode are these sourcecodes  to the framework or sample sourcecodes?

There is no WidComm for Vista/Win 7. It uses native MS drivers on those OSes, just installed some extentions.

WCL with source code includes ALL sources of the library. Usefull to get hot fixes asap (without waiting for new release) as well as you will be sure if something happen with us WCL will work and you can fix bugs.
WCL without sources - just DLL and LIB + samples and doc.
