Secure PIN Questions

Hi,

With setting the pin to 0000 the only way (Proximity Marketing) to notify the target handset of what to enter is to change the dongle name as this is the 1st thing that pops up on the handset. As I like to use a company name for the dongle name adding the extra instruction as to what pin to enter doesnt display the whole instruction on certain handsets when the pairing message hits.

Is there a way to bypass this or is there another way to inform the target handset A) where the message is from (Which Business) and B) Adding the info of which pin to enter with all of it being displayed without it cutting part of the message off??

Thanks

Nick

Hi,

There is no way to bypass PIN and there is no way to tell what PIN is.
