[C++] CwclBluetoothDevice, Pair problem

 I tried pairing without Discovery.

This is work well Window 8, 10, but not working Window 7.

m_pDevice->SetAddress(MACAddress);
m_pDevice->Pair(*m_pRadio);

   int iRes = m_pDevice->Pair(*m_pRadio); ==> Here I will not go to the next step.
