Send failure rate over 65%,and pairing need two times.

Previously, for the cell phones we tested here, when you open the [Authentication Requirements] option, the [pairing] always failed.
After you tested the latest version (6.6.7.0), and we found a improvement in pairing, but there are still existing some problems in the following:

1, Some cell phones, pairing always failed at the first time, the second time will be successful.
2, The sending failure rate of the latest version (6.6.7.0) is very large,over 65%, the main error codes are 44 and 45.
3, Please find and resolve the problem ASAP.
4, The cell phone models we tested are Samsung, LG, Nokia, ZTC, etc.

1. No solution.
2. Depends on drivers and dongle used.
3. As soon as I find workaround I'll fix it.
