First at all, check that you (or your customer) use one of the following supported drivers:
* BlueSoleil (1.6 and hight). Please, note: with some dongles BS 1.6 shipped as OEM version without API for third party applications. You have to update driver in such case;
* Microsoft (Windows XP SP 2, refer to
this topic also);
* Toshiba (42001T and high);
* WidComm (5.1.0.1100 and high).
Warning: To use WCL with WidComm drivers your must redistribute wcl2wbt.dll (included into the WCL Intsllation package and located in WCL installation directory).
